Been that way since I was a kid. Don't really see it changing any time soon if ever. The corruption in this place goes through the Board, Police, Courts and any of the organizations that have any type of authority at all. Even if they have no authority you're correct, it's about who / what you know and with a couple phone calls those people are able to get what they want. This place is trash and I wish I could leave but it's not so simple when you have family here.

Talking fraud. How about people like tilde Pope Jones not paying property taxes. She lies and says she loves alone when her granddaughter Caitlyn Coxs has lived with her going on 3 years and she works full time at lonesome pine hospital. Tilde Pope Pope Jones works as a tax preparer and also draws social security and retirement and has her granddaughters income in the house as well and gets a free pass as not having to pay taxes. She lives on locust Circle in Pennington gap. Kim Carter lives with her mother and 3 foster kids and two other adults in her home as well at 383 locust Circlein Pennington gap. And how is not all that income not counted plus her mother draws social security and retirement and plus Kim Carter works as well. Boat loads of food stamps in that house. Checks out the butt. There's your fraud!!!! Not to mention 143 has 3 adults all disability checks and social security up. They don't pay property taxes. This is all fraud. Bcc all income is suppose to be counted. Each of these houses are well over 26, 000 dollars a year to be exempt. They should all be indicted and charged. Not to mention 154 locust Circle bcc floyd byington is also over the income with Ada Marie Reardon whose still is married to her husband Andrew Reardon who drives a truck and supports her bad habits like drugs and alcohol. I wonder if he curses the customers he does oil changes for at Fannon tire??? Like he does his neighbors. Floyd's girl friend doesn't work. All day long she calls and calls up Floyd and gets him up roared. We can't hardly mow our grass or sit on our back porch. She comes out only when floyd gets home. Hollering, cussing and yelling. They call our special needs autistic son the R WORD and curse at us for mowing and leaf blowing our drive way. She will not get a job. They stay drunk and high all the time and come out on us like they are bath salts. Ada Marie Reardon threatened with a gun. They are the worse evil people I've ever encountered ever.
